Visiting the website

- Delivering the pages of the website and keeping it secure.

- LUNDDI’s legitimate interest in making its website available and keeping it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention
- In the host’s technical logs, for the security of the service, for the period set by the host (at least 7 days). LUNDDI does not use them.
- Processor
- Infomaniak Network SA, website host, in Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

- Email address, name and any information you choose to include in your message.

- Answering your request and following up on our exchanges.
- Legal basis
- LUNDDI’s legitimate interest in answering requests addressed to it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).

- Three years after our last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

- LUNDDI.
- Processor
- Zoho Corporation B.V. (Netherlands), our email provider. Messages are hosted in the European Union. Zoho may involve its Indian sister company, Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., in operating the service. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by Zoho’s data processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions regarding its use after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@lunddi.com. We reply within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, cnil.fr.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to the hosting is restricted to LUNDDI.
Language
